This is a relatively inexpensive and fun-to-build cat lounge. The only power tool required is a drill, but even that can be worked around if you want to get a little more creative when weaving in the webbing. This means that they can be built without too much mess if your work space is limited. Although my two cats are rarely in them at the same time, both levels get a lot of use. They stare out the window at squirrels from the top bunk. Then when they are worn out from a strenuous day of staring at squirrels from the top, the bottom bunk is a go-to napping spot to recover.
